*Current employment history investigated and pay stubs requested
*Valid photo ID required
*Arizona Residential Lease Agreement used for accepted applicants – An Arizona Gold Realty Property
manager always writes the lease with tenants to ensure they are fully aware of their obligations and
responsibilities
ACCOUNTING SERVICES
*Collection of monthly rents and deposit in trust fund within 1 business day
*Direct deposit of owner checks 3-4 business days after check clears
*Monthly statements along with copies of any paid invoices
*City/state privilege taxes collected from tenant and reported to appropriate agency
