- Professional Signs on property advertising “For Rent” –we will not take advantage of your property to market for buyers
- Place a lockbox on the property – Prospective tenants may only view property with the assistance of a licensed real estate agent
- List in the Arizona Multiple Listing Service complete with detailed description and photos
- Advertise on Arizona Gold Realty company website
- Advertising through Internet services, local newspapers with approval from owner
- No monthly management fee while your property is vacant
RESIDENT SCREENING
- Each applicant given Rental Criteria Guidelines and must complete a detailed application
- Member of Merchant’s Solutions Residential Screening –used to perform comprehensive screening of credit, past eviction, and criminal background check for each applicant 18 years of age and over
- Current employment history investigated and pay stubs requested
- Valid photo ID required
- Arizona Residential Lease Agreement used for accepted applicants – An Arizona Gold Realty Property manager always writes the lease with tenants to ensure they are fully aware of their obligations and responsibilities
